What is your return policy?

We accept unopened and unused returns within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, we can’t accept returns on opened packs for hygiene reasons. If there's an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 3 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing for fast delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eye-oasis.com if you need to make a change.

How do I use the tape?

Start with clean, dry eyelids. Peel the strip from its liner and gently place it over your closed eyelid. In the morning, remove slowly—no tugging or discomfort. Each strip is single-use and hypoallergenic.

The tape takes 30 minutes for the adhesive to soften, afterwards removing the tape will not pull hair and be pain free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

How can I track my order?
